The project
We are a couple with two children who swapped the busy city life for the calm of the countryside. For years we dreamt of a place where we could live more simply, closer to nature and with time for what truly matters. That wish brought us to Fundão, where we found not only fertile land but a purpose: to create a place of hospitality, rest and authenticity. Terras do Salvado was born from that desire — to do things differently, to do them slowly, to do them with meaning. It is a family project, built with our own hands, where every stone, every plant and every detail tells a story of starting over, care and dedication.
About Terras do Salvado
Terras do Salvado is an agrotourism estate in the heart of Fundão, designed for those seeking calm, comfort and a genuine connection with nature. We offer five accommodations integrated into the rural landscape: one T0, one T1 and three suites, all designed to bring well-being, privacy and rest. More than a stay, we want each visit to be a pause with meaning. Here, life moves at the pace of the land, you breathe deep and you value the essential.
